nourish your whole being

Hi, I’m Lisa Mase'.

I was born and raised in Italy where I learned the time honored traditions of cultivating wellness with folk herbalism, local, seasonal food, and ancestral healing.

Now, as a Board Certified Nutritionist, Registered Health and Nutrition Coach, and Herbalist, I infuse my work with the traditional wisdom that is our birthright. Since emigrating to the U.S., I live on the traditional lands of indigenous peoples and I am actively engaged in reparations work.

I practice body semiotics: the body speaks in the language of symptoms, which I see as signposts on the healing path. I support clients and students to decode their bodies’ symptomatic messages and communicate with their bodies through food, herbs, breath, intuition, and somatic practices.

I would be honored to work together. When our collaboration is complete, you will understand your body more deeply and feel empowered to continue communicating with your body through life’s changes.

Crafted recipes infused with vitality and healing, seasonal ingredients

When I create a recipe I want it to:

  1. Taste amazing

  2. Be nutrient dense

  3. Feel simple to prepare

  4. Offer alternatives for food sensitivities

  5. Honor ancestral and culturally appropriate food

I create new recipes regularly. Check back often and tag me on social media if you create one of my recipes.
